The School
We are always ready to welcome you to The Spanish Zone. Here you can become part of the best learning environment in the city. The academic area is located in our main building in (1) San Jose. We also have facilities for recreation and relaxation located at (2) Jerico Mountains (South of San Jose)
Spanish Teaching Zone
Our main building is a spacious residence located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in San José, only 10 minutes away from downtown San Jose, and close to shopping malls, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parks, and night life spots. Interior We have spacious soundproof suitably furnished classrooms provided with an excellent lighting system to make your learning experience an agreeable one. Semi-opened Classrooms If the weather allows it or at your request, the classes can also be taught in our semi-opened classrooms or outside. Security
We have a 24/7 surveillance service in the neighborhood. The area is safe enough to walk around.
Green Areas
Costa Rica is well known for its natural wonders. We bring nature inside our building through our green areas where students can take their lessons or just relax and enjoy the view during the coffee breaks or at lunch.
All-Purpose Zone
This space was created for complementary private or group activities. We have an excellent literature selection, movies, books, magazines, newspapers, games for teaching or consultation, TV, DVD, audio system, computer. To facilitate your literature search, we offer an organized database by theme or name. You can also ask for help to any of our assistants.

The School's best assets are its location at a beautiful and safe neighborhood, comfortable and functional learning spaces with easy access for the disabled, among others.
Open Spaces
In addition to the learning process, The Spanish Zone – Learning Area offers a very beautiful place in the middle of the mountains. There the air is pure and the landscape is breathtaking. Only 20 minutes away from the school, the students can have their classes there surrounded by the beauty of the place. They can also go on guided hiking or horse riding tours around the nearby villages. Sometimes, we have our “lunadas” which are the perfect time for sharing music and stories by the fire.
