  • How´s the Costa Rican climate? Costa Rica is a tropical country. San Jose, its capital city is located at an altitude of 3000 ft; it has a weather that Costa Ricans call an "eternal spring". San Jose's weather is simply delightful all year long. People who live in San Jose rarely use air conditioning or heating systems. The rest of the country offers diversity of micro-climates, like the tropical rainy, the tropical humid, the dry tropical, savanna and the coast.
  • How´s our teacher´s level? Our teachers are University Graduates with long experience in Spanish teaching.
  • Airport Round Trip. Each program includes homestay accommodation and airport pick up/drop off services. We will be waiting for you at the airport. Just look for a big sign with your name on it. We will also take you to the airport when the trip is over where we will say our last good-byes.
  • What kind of accommodation we offer? The Spanish Zone offers very comfortable homestay accommodation. Our families are carefully selected within walking distance. Homestay offers a private room, breakfast, dinner, and laundry service
  • How far are our accommodation places from the school? All of our options are selected in the school area, so you can walk or take a bus just for 10-15 minutes.
  • How do we know your Spanish level? We will apply an interview to you’re your knowledge, so you will start with a group of your same level. Also to private classes we will recommend a focused program according to your level, interests and goals.
  • What kind of services our programs include? All of our programs include cultural activities (2/week), coffee break with tropical fruits, juices and snacks, full information about travel, buses and full information you require to have a great time in Costa Rica.
  • What is the Spanish Classes Schedule? The Spanish zone offers groups or private classes in 2 schedules. The morning schedule from 8:00 am to 12:00 am, and afternoon schedule from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm. Combined programs include morning and afternoon classes.
  • What are the travel options? A wide range of tourism information is available at the school for students. The Spanish Zone provides free booking services. We help you selecting the best traveling schedule for the weekend.
  • Advices and recommendations: Before your arrival we will send to you a full document with information about your stay in Costa Rica. This document includes recommendations to you ride inside the country as well as for your safety.
  • How can you pay? You can do a registration deposit of the 20% of the total amount to our bank account through the USA representative banks. We will send to you a document with the complete information of your program, schedule and price. You can cancel the balance the first day of class by credit card, cash or traveler check.
